SPECIFICATIONS

These purple potatoes (sometimes called blue) are only available as U.S. #1 grade potatoes and always packed in the Padilla label. We also include these purple potatoes in our 1.5 lb. and 2 lb. medleys (red, yellow, purple).

A: 2 1/4"-3"
B: 1 7/8"- 2 1/4"
Creamers: 1 - 1 7/8"
